Performance management is a core practice in managing people effectively within any organisation. It is the process of maintaining or improving employee job performance through the use of various performance assessment tools, coaching and counselling as well as providing continuous communication and feedback. The key component of performance management is the review and goal setting meeting. A robust meeting will ensure you encourage, promote and reward excellence in your team.

During this session Sean McLoughney will share his perspective on how to set SMARTER Goals with your team.
