The 2015 Annual Conference will provide delegates with the opportunity to reflect on the past where, despite the tough times, we have persevered to become stronger, leaner and braver. So instead of half empty we can look on our glasses as half full and move forward to a positive future.

The conference will be chaired by Economist Jim Power who will provide plenty of debate while speakers give their views on whether the glass is half full when it comes to Sport, Investment, SMEs, Social Media, International Business and the country's future.
