Saturday 10th October: Members Rights and Meetings - Classroom  Time: 9.00am - 11.00am

This session will cover:

• Annual General Meetings
• Extraordinary General Meetings
• The Summary Approval Procedure
• Shareholder Oppression –s.212

Saturday 10th October: Mergers and Acquisitions - Classroom  Time: 11.00am – 1.00pm

This session will cover:

• Acquisitions and dissenting shareholders
• Common Draft Terms of Merger
• Expert’s Report
• Merger Financial Statements
• General Meetings v Summary Approval
