Wednesday 7th October: Offences Under the Act - Webinar  Time: 1.00pm - 2.00pm

This session will cover:

• The four categories of offences
• Major offences in each category
• Criminal Justice Act 2011
• Liability of Accountants specifically

Saturday 10th October: Investigations - Classroom  Time: 1.30pm – 3.30pm

This session will cover:

• Power to Appoint an Investigator
• Duties of Officers of a company
• Duties of accountants, employees and other persons
• Courses of action to be taken on receipt of report
