• How your business plan and Key Performance Indicator underpins the performance of your team. Review the zero based concept together with a step by step approach to writing short and concise plans that support the business and individual performance. How to get started and keep it relevant and informative for your team.
• What are the important non-financial Key Performance Indicators for your business? How to align these organisational KPIs to individual performance which drives an understanding of your business plan, greater commitment from your team and instils personal responsibility.
• How to use KPIs in your coaching conversations with your team that will improve performance. Translating KPIs into clear actions so each individual in your team understands how their day to day activities are contributing to the overall success of the business.
