Laura Nolan, BA, BA (HRM), Chartered MCIPD, is an experienced Human Resource and Employment Law practitioner.

Prior to joining Adare Human Resource Management, Laura was the Head of HR for The Alzheimer Society of Ireland overseeing HR policy and practice for their 1,000+ employees working within their day care and home care services. Laura previously worked also in a number of senior HR roles across a variety of sectors. Laura is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) as obtained through her studies in the National College of Ireland and also has a degree from Trinity College.

Laura supports a number of clients in both the Professional Services and Community & Voluntary / Charity/ Not for Profit sector and acts in the capacity of HR Manager for a number of clients. Organisations she supports include those with less than ten employees and large national organisations throughout the country. Laura is a regular speaker at HR Forums and seminars throughout Ireland.
