It provides each learner and their organisation with a tangible ‘take home’ outcome from their participation on the course. The plan projects forward 100 days and sets out specifically what they aim to achieve during this time and how they will do it. The plan is designed to ensure the learning continues after they return to the office and is their roadmap to the implementation of the new skills and techniques they have acquired. Although it’s voluntary each learner will be encouraged to complete their 100 day action plan in order to maximise the benefits of this training course.
