As a manager, you will spend much of your time attempting to influence a variety of people including your team, your colleagues, suppliers and customers. During this webinar Sean will examine the core principles of influencing and increase your awareness of the behaviours and skills needed to influence effectively. He will discuss the “push and pull” theory and outline a structured approach to influencing your team taking into consideration the different personality types within your team.
