Course Outline

Conflict is part of everyday life and can produce innovative and creative results. However if conflict is not dealt with effectively, it can equally be destructive and be the root cause of frustration in the workplace. This half day workshop gives an overview and insight into the area of conflict management and dealing with challenging people in the course of business. This masterclass will enable you to gain a valuable insight into your own conflict management style and help you to develop the key skills that will allow you to effectively handle a range of conflict situations.

Facilitator Bio
Fiona Buckley is an independent corporate trainer, lecturer, keynote speaker and executive coach in the area of leadership, work behaviour and interpersonal skills. Before setting up her own training company, Fiona held a number of senior corporate roles over the last 15 years over with her last position being VP of Professional Services and Sales Director for a global company.
Fiona is also a trained professional Improviser and stage performer which brings a unique energy to all her events. Fiona has appeared on National TV and national newspapers over the years discussing her views on a range of organisational  areas. Academically, Fiona holds a Master’s Degree in Work Behaviour, a Business degree and various other qualifications in Coaching, Training, Employment Law, Mediation, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Personality Testing (MBTI). www.fionabuckley.com
