In this half day course, Maureen Kelly, Knowledge Manager, CPA Ireland will bring you up to date on your new reporting options with a special emphasis on the SME sector.  She will review the new company reporting sizes and format options for financial statements covering:

• Medium Company reporting – new restrictions
• Small Company reporting - FRS102 and FRS102 Section 1A Small Entities
• Micro Company reporting – FRS105
• Abridged financial statements for both Small and Micro Companies
• Audit Exemption – which companies can and cannot avail of this option
