Overview:

Time is a scarce commodity for all professionals in today’s fast paced work environment. This three hour workshop is designed to develop skills to get more organised, work more efficiently, increase productivity and save time in real and practical ways. The content will be aimed at developing a range of strategies and options to build a realistic action plan, and will provide tools and techniques to manage time better, reduce procrastination and achieve goals.

The workshop will focus on:

  • Understanding factors that lead to poor time management and recognise the effect of poor organisation and its relationship to stress
  • Prioritising your time
  • Making meetings more effective
  • Organising your work environment
  • Delegation as a time management tool
  • Appling tools and techniques to overcome procrastination, get started on work immediately and stay focused on being productive every day

  • Tools to analyse workloads, prioritise tasks and overcome procrastination
  • A personal time management strategy that increases your productivity and effectiveness
  • Clarity around the impact of personal choices/behaviours on the delivery of the team results/goals
