With the strides in neuroscience over the last ten years we know that it takes less than a second for us to make up our minds about who someone is and what we think they stand for. By defining your personal brand, you give yourself and important and powerful head start if you are trying to professional contacts, heading up a team or building a business portfolio.

This three-hour workshop is aimed at creating a clear, definitive statement to articulate your USP (unique selling proposition) that links to your company’s professional profile to guide decision making, behaviour choices, networking and confidence building.

The workshop will focus on:

  • Identifying what attributes differentiate you professionally and personally (values, passions, strengths)
  • Translating your unique attributes into brand key words
  • Crafting a concise, focused leadership brand statement
  • Connecting your brand value to your company’s in an aligned and value-added way
  • Mapping strategies to promote your brand and chart your career path
