Data Protection in the Workplace – HR Issues to consider – 4th July 2018

A significant amount of information related to Employees is created and gathered during the employment relationship. This webinar will discuss the importance of being aware that all information held by an Employer related to an Employee must be stored, processed and maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Acts, 1988 and 2003.  Furthermore, Organisations holding public information may be subject to the further requirements of the Freedom of Information Acts, 1997 and 2003. This webinar will also discuss the GDPR and the increased obligations that this will have on Employers.
