Women in Leadership

Speaker: Dawn Leane, Leane Leaders

Despite the dialogue around gender diversity, the number of women in senior positions has barely increased in the last 3 years. In Ireland, women fall behind early and continue to lose ground with every step.

The workplace has not kept pace with changes in society and women still experience the leadership journey differently to their male counterparts.

Dawn Leane believes that rather than waiting for organisations to evolve, professional women can overcome this challenge by being the agents of change in their workplace.  With the right mindset, women can use every interaction to accelerate the pace of change at work.

This webinar explores key leadership competencies from the female perspective. A practical focus ensures that participants can apply the learnings to their individual situation.
