The Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Act 2010 has recently been amended by the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) (Amendment) Act 2018, which gives effect to certain provisions of the Fourth Money Laundering Directive. AML Guidance has been prepared to assist firms and member fulfil their legal obligations under the legislation. This session will review the recently published guidance providing practical tips for firms for its implementation.
