Learning Outcomes:

This course covers eight major areas of practice management. At the end of the course each delegate should be able to:

  • Hire the right people for roles, set objectives, ensure motivation and retain them at the right pay scale.
  • Choose an appropriate strategy for client recruitment and retention and know how to increase the firm’s fee base.
  • Market the firm effectively to recruit new clients that fit with the firm’s growth strategy.
  • Ensure security of the firm’s IT infrastructure.
  • Start the process of automate routine tasks and choose a platform to accomplish this.
  • Manage client relationships and expectations.
  • Set a medium to long term plan for exiting the business while ensuring maximum return when you decide to retire.
