In this webinar we will be looking at CAT reliefs, CAT exemptions and the CAT Thresholds. The Reliefs we will discuss will include the Small Gift Exemption,  Minor Child of a Deceased Child Spouses/Civil Partners,  Dwelling-house exemption (including the new caselaw in this area),  Agricultural Relief and qualifying conditions, Business Relief and the qualifying conditions and Favourite Nephew Relief.

Speaker Bio:
Suzanne Parker is a solicitor having qualified in 2014. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Ireland having qualified as a trust and estate practitioner in 2017. She also qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) with the Irish Institute of Tax in 2018.
She trained and worked as solicitor in private client roles and inhouse in Dublin firms since 2011. Suzanne opened her own firm Parker Law in March 2019 in Waterford servicing clients nationwide.
Suzanne’s principal areas of wills, estate planning, trusts, administration of estates, enduring powers of attorney and tax. Her tax expertise and experience relates to private client capital taxes.
