The obligations for the Data Controller and Data Processor
The GDPR will introduce specific obligations on both the Data Controller and Data Processor, summarised in the phrase – “demonstrable evidence of compliance” – the challenge will be for organisations to be able to demonstrate that they have considered their DP obligations, and have appropriate structures in place to do just that.
