Performing Under Pressure - 2 Part Webinar Series

Speaker: Alistair McBride

3rd July and 10th July

Performing Under Pressure - 2 Part Webinar Series

Why do some feel they thrive under pressure and others feel they crumble? Whether it’s being overwhelmed with workload or responsibilities, feeling rushed with tight deadlines or nervous about successfully completing new tasks or duties, they’re all forms of stress. They are all reactions to the demands of situations or other people.

Most of us in the modern work environment take these stressful situations and others as a necessary evil, unpleasant but something to be tolerated, that you just have to deal with. But there is another way.

Turn stress and pressure into something you can use, by taking greater control of your thinking and your emotions.

In this two part webinar centred around the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, your tutor will provide attendees with a framework to achieve greater performance under pressure.

  • Use strategies and tools to take control of your thinking, emotions and reactions
  • How to get unstuck and keep moving forward
  • To see new or better options you didn't realise you had
  • Increase productivity
  • Create a better working environment

Your Tutor:

Alistair McBride is an executive coach, facilitator and trainer, who has lectured in UCC’s Masters in Personal & Management Coaching, in Cognitive Behavioural Coaching. He focuses on improving performance, better communications and the psychology of negotiation.
