Overview:  
In this online webinar,  attendees will learn about using social media to market and communicate with your target customers/clients.

• Key differences between the platforms in terms of audience and functionality; 
• Understanding key terms – e.g. reach versus engagement; 
• Demonstrations of unique content and how to tailor it to fit each platform;
• Using images and videos effectively; 
• Using Social media analytics to monitor and evaluate your posts;  
• How to avoid common pitfalls and mistakes; 
• Practical tips on marketing online.

About The Trainer:

Louise Brogan is the owner of Social Bee NI - a consulting and training company helping businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals to raise their profile through online marketing. The aim of Social Bee is to explain how to do things online in a simple, straightforward way. 
Louise has over 15 years' experience as an IT and Social Media Marketing Consultant with a broad range of experience, working with a wide range of clients across a number of industries. Louise has worked in a mentoring capacity with over 30+ businesses in the retail, hospitality, tourism and professional services sectors.
In 2017, Louise was listed in the 'Small Business Saturday' Top 100 Small Businesses in the UK. In March 2018, Enterprise Nation listed Louise as one of the Top 50 Small Business Advisors in the UK.  Louise is also N Ireland’s only accredited Facebook

 and Instagram trainer. Through building her social media network, Louise has been invited to 10 Downing Street twice - once to receive an award, and oncto discuss the impact of Brexit on the UK Small Business community with the Small Business Minister.  
Louise has delivered workshops and training to a variety of clients and customers.  Previous training clients include Lisney, Action Cancer, Ulster University Sports Societies, Northern Trust HSC Communications team and the Rowan SARC.  Louise has also delivered workshops for Mallusk Enterprise Agency, Carrick Enterprise Agency, NICVA, Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council,  and many more.
