These new trends will offer both employers and employees increased flexibility but could have a big impact on the future of the accounting profession.  Over 70% of employers find it difficult to supervise and mentor accountancy trainees in a remote environment and a substantial number of graduates have now been left without training opportunities.

During this workshp we will discuss how employers can best prepare themselves, their trainee teams and their overall organisation for the the future of remote working. We will also be outlining ways in which you can manage and mentor your accountancy trainees in a remote working environment.
