Amanda Finnegan, Senior Organisational Development Consultant

Amanda has over 22 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, and the majority of those in consulting to Public and Private organisations.

 

Her focus has predominantly been in Organisational Development where she assisted the internal HR Specialists to deliver strategic projects that deliver gains on several internal scoreboards: Organisational Strategy, Performance, Talent Development and Retention, Employee Engagement and increased Portfolio Performance.

 

Throughout her career, she gravitated toward roles with increasing focus on people management as well as high-level peer and client collaboration. She is a natural leader and loves to coach both small and large teams toward success and meeting their goals.
