Sarah‘s role as Managing Director involves overseeing the strategic direction of the business and the HR and Employment Law support services provided to clients across a wide range of sectors by the experienced team of consultants within Adare Human Resource Management.
Prior to taking on the role of Managing Director in January 2022, Sarah’s role as Consulting Practice Manager was to support Adare Human Resource Management clients in the delivery of agreed strategic Employee Relations, Industrial Relations and Human Resources consulting projects and oversee the consultancy services provided to clients.
