The one thing we all have in common is problems. But how best to deal with them?

How do we decide what a good solution looks like? How do you know what the real problem is? Is it the situation causing the problem or is it something to do with me? How do I generate solutions? Or finally, I kn ow aht I need to do – but why am I not doing anything about it?

We hope to make this workshop really interactive – so please bring a problem you would like to work on!

For this talk and workshop we will be going through a simple, evidence based, problem solving model that you can apply to your personal or professional life to help solve problems.

Attendees will learn

• The difference between critical, analytical and creative thinking.
• How to turn your problems into goals – and begin to move toward them
• How to begin to develop habits and take action to start solving yoru problems.

To solve problems we need to break them down in way that makes it more likely we’ll get the outcome that’s helpful. This talk aims to help with that.
