She is passionate about creating an interactive and enjoyable business environment that supports learning.
Her corporate career started in KPMG where qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser. From there, Edel moved into Academia where she held senior lecturer and examinership roles within the professional accountancy bodies such as ACCA, ACA and CPA.
Edel has held Talent Development Leadership roles where she focused on designing and facilitating leadership development programs and well as technical tax programs.
Edel is an accredited highest performing team coach (Lencioni Model). She is an accredited TRACOM® social styles facilitator.
