We are all time poor. We don’t have enough time to do all the important and enjoyable projects, tasks and hobbies we want. Its impossible to add more hours to the day – so the only choice is to mange your time more effectively.

This talk will discuss

• How to prioritise effectively so the important tasks get done.
• How to deal with distractions
• The psychology of procrastination and practical hacks to overcome it.

We ask attendees to please bring something they have been procrastinating on – the talk will be every interactive and practical.

After this presentation attendees will better understand the psychology behind time management and procrastination as well as have strategies, tips and techniques to manage their time bertter  -and procrastinate less on those important tasks.
