• Understand mindset (Growth & Fixed) - what impacts it and how it affects your life.
• Appreciate neuroplasticity by exploring the fact that the brain is like a muscle, it grows and changes.
• Discover common thinking traps and how they impact your emotions and behaviour.
• Consider how to change thinking traps into positive prompts.
• Recognising that you are not your thoughts. Your thoughts are merely objects of the mind.
• Delve into your strengths, how you can use your strengths to your advantage and when you overuse your strengths. A VIA Character Strengths questionnaire will be provided to participates in advance of the course.
• Appreciating why mistakes are necessary to grow and learn.
• Understand the connection between the growth mindset and goal setting.
