Getting organised:  from what’s important – to getting things done

Getting the important things done can be stressful.

We all have pressures on our time and on our attention. We can feel dragged from one priority to another. Everybody can want a piece of us – and there’s not enough hours in the day. How can we make sure we get the important things done? How do we organise ourselves?

This workshop will look at two distinct ways of getting organised – top down and bottom up! Sometimes it’s important to focus on what’s important and prioritise that way. Sometimes we just have a million things to do  - and putting some structure on the chaos is the best way forward. Join us to explore, discuss and paly with both strategies.


Attendees will learn

  • Different strategies to define what’s important to focus on.
  • How to prioritise from the bottom up –
  • A simple. effective method to plan any project or undertaking so that it gets done and gets done well!
