MEET: Meeting point is just inside the main gates to the Estate (i.e. Upper Newtownards Road entrance)

Institute President Barry Doyle is aiming to meet lots of members across the island of Ireland on a parkrun course during his term.

On 22 February, Barry will be in Belfast for the Stormont parkrun and we're inviting Ulster Society members to come out and join in.

All parkruns start at 9:30am on Saturday mornings, and you can run, jog or walk the 5km course. We'd recommend getting there a little bit early to make sure you've limbered up and had a chance to meet up with your fellow members.

It's free to take part but we're asking members to register with us using the link below to assist with provision of refreshments.
