This course is specifically designed for CPA members who became members of Chartered Accountants Ireland following the amalgamation on 1 September 2024 including practising certificate holders and Responsible Individuals.

Speaker Bios
Conal Kennedy is Head of Practice Consulting in Chartered Accountants Ireland. He and his team provide advice and support to practices throughout Ireland, and publish a range of practice toolkits covering Anti Money Laundering, Audit, Accounting and Compliance. Over a 17 year period in Practice Consulting, Conal has coached and advised many practices through major change events such as mergers, acquisitions and retirements. He has also advised on practice development and marketing.
Emer Kelly is Practice Regulation Manager in Chartered Accountants Ireland. Prior to this Emer was Quality Assurance Manager with CPA Ireland and was involved in the licensing and quality assurance processes.
Phyllis Willoughby is Learning and Development Accountant in Chartered Accountants Ireland. Prior to this Phyllis worked with CPA Ireland, holding roles in learning and development and as quality assurance executive, conducting quality assurance reviews of firms throughout Ireland.
Karin Lanigan is Head of Member Experience. Karin has held several roles in the Institute including in the careers and professional teams providing support to members at all career stages. Her role now focusses on member engagement and delivering a positive member experience at every member touchpoint with the Institute.
Eamonn Siggins is Chief Integration Officer at Chartered Accountants Ireland. Prior to amalgamation between Chartered Accountants Ireland and CPA Ireland, Eamonn served as Chief Executive of CPA Ireland for over 30 years.
