The ACA Professional Group are hosting an exciting breakfast event showcasing some inspiring local leaders in partnership with VANRATH.

We're keen to nurture a leadership mindset in our members as well as spotlighting some great business stories. For this breakfast event we'll hear from some inspiring leaders from the local business community.

We will talk of the challenges and successes of their journey as leaders and where they have found inspiration in their career.

Speaker Details

Shane Mackle Shane has established his reputation over the last 20 years in helping individuals and teams maximise their impact.  A founding member of the Association for Coaching (Ireland) in 2007, he has coached hundreds of senior leaders and managers.  Using his combined expertise in management consultancy and leadership development he has delivered impact coaching across: Manufacturing; Food and Drink; Professional Services; Finance; Education; Engineering; Horticulture; Transport; and Construction.  Shane understands that professional development needs to be fun as well as educational, and blends humour with highly practical learning. 

Simon Worthington is the Managing Director of Crown Creative - a hospitality design studio that works globally with the biggest names in its industry. Trained at EY, Simon has always had an interest in the Creative Industries and is passionate about understanding what motivates leaders, teams, and individuals to deliver their best work. Simon is also one of the owners of Neighbourhood Café in Belfast.

Susan Crawford is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience across various industries. Trained at ASM, Susan has played pivotal roles in two local technology scale-ups and at Belfast City Airport. Currently the CFO at CATAGEN, Susan is instrumental in driving the global expansion of a suite of innovative green energy products developed locally, contributing significantly to multi-industry decarbonisation.

Niall Moen is CFO for a number of companies including Titanic Distillers and the Norlin Live Group, covering events, festivals and venues across the UK and Ireland.
