A passionate advocate for women in technology & AI, she serves as the EU Education Lead for Women in AI, championing learning and diversity in the field. Outside of work, Nabanita is a mentor, blogger, and an advocate for knowledge-sharing, inspiring others to grow and succeed in the ever-evolving world of AI.

Jake Kelly is a Senior Manager at EY Ireland Data Analytics and Digital audit practice, who primarily focuses on driving innovation and leading implementation of data-driven solutions to create long-term value for audit teams along with providing valuable insights and added value back to clients. Having previous experience in audit and having an accounting background has left him in a unique strategic position to be able to better understand the needs of audit teams and how best to utilise data to create a better and more targeted audit.
