Legal Webinar Series - Good Jobs Employment Rights Bill

Date: Wednesday 11 June
Time: 1pm - 2pm
Venue: Online via ZOOM

Join us at lunchtime on 11 June for a legal webinar with A&L Goodbody's Aisling Byrne focusing on The Good Jobs Employment Rights Bill.

Aisling will look at what the key employment law changes will be when the Bill is implemented.

The Good Jobs Employment Rights Bill in Northern Ireland aims to modernise employment law, aligning it more closely with Great Britain and enhancing worker protections. Key changes will include stronger rights for flexible working, improved protections against unfair dismissal and discrimination, and changes to terms of employment, including zero-hour contracts. The bill also addresses family leave, trade union law, and enforcement of labour market rules.
