Format
This course will be delivered via Zoom on 10th September 2025 from 1.00pm to 2.00pmm. The Zoom link will be emailed to participants the day before the course is due to take place.
This course will follow the Virtual Classroom format. The online interactive live sessions will utilise the functionality of our online learning platform and will be an engaging, collaborative manner of learning. This session will not be recorded, and therefore attendance is required.

Speaker Bios
Rose Leonard , Zurich - Rose has extensive experience of working with employers and trustees on the design and implementation of their group pension schemes and the ongoing service delivery and communication of employee benefits. She is former President and a fellow of the Irish Institute of Pensions Management (IIPM). Rose holds a MSc in Business and a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Governance from UCD Smurfit School. Rose is a director of Zurich's Master Trust
Graham Cashell, Zurich - Graham has an excellent understanding of operations, investments and service delivery of corporate pension schemes having held various responsibilities in his 21 years with Zurich. Graham has clear insight into supporting employers in running corporate pension schemes and educating and engaging employees to understand the steps they can take to have effective retirement plans. Graham has a MSc from UCD in Economic Science and holds the Qualified Pension Trustee (QPT) designation
Laura Kerr , Zurich - Laura has 18 years' experience in the pension industry. With considerable experience in consultancy roles, Laura has clear insight into supporting employers in running corporate pension schemes and educating and engaging employees to understand the steps they can take to have effective retirement plans. Laura is a graduate of Queens University, Belfast, an Associate of the Irish Institute of Pension Management (AIIPM) and holds a Qualified Pension Trustee (QPT IIPM) designation
