In the course we will cover: how the role of the finace team has changed over the years and how the old legacy on premise system are not delivering the tools to meet the modern era requirements and we wil also cover how to leverage AI within the finance team.

The aim of the course is to provide a general introduction to spreadsheet modelling and related analysis. During the course, participants will create a model 'from scratch' and the use of this model for various outputs, as outlined below (ROI, dashboard outputs etc.). This is augmented by a feed of given data into the model from 'history' to allow comparisons etc. with the model outputs.
